Returns are NOT Accepted

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Binti Beauty does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds  on any orders unless wrong item is sent or your package was returned back to Binti Beauty due to invalid address. However replacements are offered when an item is damaged or defective due packaging issues. 

 

Order Cancellation and Refund

Please note that all sales are final. No cancellation are allowed at this time. Make sure all of your information is correct before confirming your order. If your address is incorrect send me an email with your order information as soon as possible. 

*If your order was returned due to invalid address you will be refunded for the items- Not Shipping fee**

 

How to request a replacement

You can request replacement via email ONLY if items are damaged or defective.  I will be more than happy to send you another one.  When requesting a replacement please be sure to include your name and your order number in the email.

Replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you item will no longer be eligible for a replacement.
